We tested this toy with Mystic, and the first reaction was honest: not immediately sold. The movement under the fabric and the bird sounds caught him off guard - worth knowing those can be turned off with two quick taps.

We kept them on. Once past the initial wariness, Mystic was fully locked in by the third session - stalking the mat, pouncing when the movement shifted direction unexpectedly. The random movement kept him guessing well past where he would have walked away from a standard wand toy.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, email us at support@pawsselect.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened grooming products, dental care items, supplements once the seal is broken, or final sale items. Gift cards are non-refundable. Unopened products in these categories may be eligible for return if still sealed and within the 30-day window.

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at support@pawsselect.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement within 2–3 business days.

Return Shipping Costs For standard returns (change of mind), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. We do not charge restocking fees.

Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the right item is to return your original purchase and place a new order separately.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1–2 business days on our end. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still have not received your refund, contact us at support@pawsselect.com.

Order Cancellations To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@pawsselect.com with your order number. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to cancel it. If it has already shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process.

European Union If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Items must meet standard return conditions.

Shipping Policy

Free Shipping We offer free standard shipping on all orders — no minimum purchase required and no hidden fees at checkout.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–4 business days after payment confirmation. During peak periods such as holidays and promotions, processing may extend to 3–5 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has left our warehouse.

Delivery Estimates After processing, most orders are delivered within 7–15 business days. Total estimated time from order to delivery is typically 8–18 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs clearance, remote locations, or peak season volume. We do not offer express or next-day delivery at this time.

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your confirmation. You can monitor your package anytime on our Track Order page. If tracking is unavailable for your destination, contact us and we will assist you.

Customs & International Orders We ship from a network of warehouses in North America and internationally depending on the item, and always aim to ship from the closest location to reduce delivery time. For orders that cross international borders, customs duties, taxes, and carrier fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot predict or control these charges, as they are set by your local government. Customs clearance typically takes 1–5 business days and may extend during peak periods.

Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before completing your order. We cannot modify an address after an order has shipped. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect or incomplete address information. If a package is returned as undeliverable due to an address error, additional reshipment fees may apply.

Lost or Damaged Orders If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, first check your tracking for updates and allow a few extra days. If the issue persists, contact us at support@pawsselect.com with your order number and we will investigate with the carrier. If your package is confirmed lost, we will reship your order or issue a full refund. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours at support@pawsselect.com with your order number and clear photos and we will resolve it at no cost to you.
