We tested the Large on our two Labradors - Brutus (80lbs) and Micky (70lbs) - and the vest performed exactly as a safety vest should. The lightweight fabric was barely noticeable on them, and the breathable material meant they could run and play without overheating.
Micky put it through the ultimate test - sprinting through snow, jumping, and rolling on his back - and the vest stayed firmly in place through all of it thanks to the strong Velcro closures. No shifting, no loosening, no adjustments needed mid-walk.
The fit on our Labs at 70-80lbs was snug but comfortable in the Large size. Important note for larger breeds: if your dog is over 80lbs or has a barrel chest wider than 78cm, we recommend measuring carefully before ordering, as the Large is designed to fit up to that range. Choosing the right size ensures a secure fit that stays in place without restricting movement.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, email us at support@pawsselect.com with your order number and the reason for your return. We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Non-Returnable Items For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened grooming products, dental care items, supplements once the seal is broken, or final sale items. Gift cards are non-refundable. Unopened products in these categories may be eligible for return if still sealed and within the 30-day window.
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at support@pawsselect.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will cover the return shipping and offer a full refund or replacement within 2–3 business days.
Return Shipping Costs For standard returns (change of mind), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. We do not charge restocking fees.
Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. The fastest way to get the right item is to return your original purchase and place a new order separately.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 1–2 business days on our end. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return was approved and you still have not received your refund, contact us at support@pawsselect.com.
Order Cancellations To cancel an order, contact us immediately at support@pawsselect.com with your order number. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to cancel it. If it has already shipped, you will need to follow the standard return process.
European Union If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws. Items must meet standard return conditions.
