While our products are tested by our own pets (Mystic, Micky, and Brutus), individual results may vary. We make no guarantees that products will have the same effect on all animals.

- Limit quantities available to any person or geographic region
- Refuse service to anyone for any lawful reason

## 3. ORDERS AND PAYMENT

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email from us.

- All prices are in USD (or CAD) and subject to change without notice
- Prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, or shipping costs unless stated
- We are not responsible for pricing errors. If an error occurs, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order

### 3.3 Payment
You represent and warrant that:
- You are authorized to use the payment method provided
- All payment information is accurate and current
- You will pay all charges incurred, including applicable taxes and fees

We use secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

### 3.4 Order Cancellation
Once an order is confirmed, we may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests. Please review your order carefully before submitting.

**Note:** As of August 29, 2025, the United States eliminated the de minimis threshold—all imports are now subject to duties and taxes.
